Local Review: TCBY

When I was a kid, a new gas station was built down the road from me and it had a TCBY in it. I can remember walking to it (my parents would never let me walk alone and as a kid, I hated it. As a Mom, I get it now) with my Dad to get cones at least once a week.

I can still remember the massive size of the frozen yogurt and the crunchiness of the waffle cone.

Yummy.

Fast forward to now and I still love going to get waffle cones.

My girls adore fro yo as much as I do.

Recently, we headed on down to the TCBY (Did you know that TCBY stands for The Country's Best Yogurt?) in Sanford to check out some new flavors they had.

TCBY changes out flavors occasionally for customers so there is always some new to test out on your taste buds but they have great staple flavors that are always available for die-hards that are stubborn. They use a soft serve Greek yogurt and they can actually call their fro-yo Super Frozen Yogurt because of the strict standards it meets (and it's healthy factors). You can learn more about that here

We were able to check out their new flavor, Apple Spice.

It's a heady flavor that has a heavy apple and a heavy spice taste that lingers in your mouth after your taste it.

Honestly, not my cup of tea but not bad at all.

I am more of a vanilla smothered in peanut butter and Reese's pieces kinda gal where my girls are chocolate and swirl with rainbow sprinkles ladies.

But can you ever really go wrong with any type of Fro Yo?

Never.

TCBY is located all over the place and you can check out your own TCBY for their seasonal favorites.

I received compensation for this review. All opinions are 100% my own.
