Diet, lifestyle, stress and travel are big factors in your health.
When you make changes in any of them, your body can suffer.
The people at Senokot can help your body adjust.
From the press release:
“We created the Senokot®/Senokot-S®
Overnight Relief Sweepstakes to provide relief to the millions of Americans who
suffer from occasional constipation,” explains Charlene Bailey, Director,
Product Management, Purdue Products L.P., a leader in providing products for
relief of occasional constipation. “We
also want to remind consumers that Senokot® products are made with a natural
vegetable laxative ingredient and provide gentle, overnight relief from
occasional constipation.”
Senokot is running a contest where over $50,000 in prizes will be awarded! Winners will be selected daily and at random. As a consumer, you can enter as many times as you would want to by checking out their contest website.
Further information from Senokot:
"According to a survey of 1,150 men and women age 50 or older taking at
least one prescription medication for common medical conditions, 84% of those
polled didn’t realize that their medication could cause occasional constipation
prior to speaking with a healthcare provider.
The survey, conducted by Russell Research for Purdue Products, showed
that about one-third of respondents
(35%) who were advised about possible side effects of their medications were
told occasional constipation might occur with the medication they are taking.1
To help raise awareness about the “burden” of occasional constipation,
on September 6, the Senokot® Brand will install a 20’ pill bottle in Penn
Station to drive home the point that certain medications can cause occasional
constipation, and let consumers know there is relief for this condition. Consumers will be encouraged to enter the
Senokot®/ Senokot-S® Overnight Relief Sweepstakes on-site at Penn Station. Consumers will also be able to get their
picture taken with the “Giant Bottle” and share it with friends and family via
social media. "
To celebrate the Senokot/Senokot-S Overnight Relief Sweepstakes, I'm giving away a Kindle Touch 3G!

It's amazing how much what you eat, and what you do affect you. I know it always takes me a day or two to recover after I take a 1200+ hour drive.
