Smoothies are big in our house.
Especially when my husband is on a health kick because they are a super easy way to get in a lot of fruit (and sometimes veggies).
BTW: Did you know that seven out of ten people don't eat the recommended amount of two servings of fruit a day (1 full cup).
MyBlogSpark and Yoplait recently sent me a brand spankin' new Kitchen Aid 3 Speed Blender and some coupons to try out Yoplait Frozen Smoothies, which contain one full serving of fruit (1/2 cup) and only 110-120 calories per serving.

So we gave them a test run.

All you need to enjoy the Yoplait Frozen Smoothies is to add a cup of milk (the directions read skim, but we're a 2% family).
The Kitchen Aid 3 speed blender comes with a Smoothie button so all you need to do is fill it up and wah-lah!
Smoothie.
The Yoplait Frozen Smoothie is a yummy tasting smoothie and I like how convenient it is to make. No searching for a knife or cutting board. There's no mess to clean up (except the blender which if you do make a smoothie in it to wash it right away, dried smoothie is hard to clean up).
Easy peasy.
Want to feel how easy peasy it is to make your own smoothie?
The folks at Yoplait and MyBlogSpark have given me a Kitchen Aid 3 Speed Blender (with the fancy smoothie button!) to giveaway along with coupons to test out the Yoplait Frozen Smoothie yourself.
You know the drill, all you need to do is leave me a comment and tell me what you put in your smoothie.
Extra entries can be earned by following me via email or GFC.
Contest will run until November 16, 2010.
Please make sure you leave a valid email address so I can contact you if you win!

Strawberry, blueberry, banana and yogurt with some green tea mixed in. My blender is at work for this very reason. Would love to have an extra blender at home.
And now I am following you via email.
Pineapple, raspberries, strawberries, and yogurt :) *Thanks* for the giveaway!
